✅ Return Policy

  • Products are only eligible for return if:

    • The item is damaged

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong product was delivered

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (clear video without pause or editing)

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

⚠️ No return or exchange for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color difference

  • Size issues
    (unless the product is faulty)


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is only allowed for damaged or wrong items

  • Exchange depends on stock availability

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item):

    • Return shipping cost will be covered by us

  • No return or exchange will be accepted for customer-side issues
